At Lynark, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by your order number
We do not offer cash refunds — only exchanges or store credit.
How to Request an Exchange Contact us on WhatsApp at 0335-7587611 within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will guide you through the process.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items purchased during sale or at discounted prices
- Items without original tags
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
Wrong or Damaged Item Received If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, we sincerely apologize. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost.
Size Issues We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. Exchanges due to sizing are accepted within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
Note: Shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was wrong or damaged.
